Help Crossville receive more funding for improved city services! The City of Crossville 2017 Special Census is now available for completion. The City needs your help to conduct this special census that will result in additional funds from the State of Tennessee to make Crossville an even better place to live, work and play.

Employee Wellness
The City of Crossville is committed to employee health and helping employees develop healthy lifestyle habits. This Wellness Program has been designed to motivate employees in reaching their healthy goals.
Any employee interested in participating in the program should print the attached documents. The waiver will need to be completed and submitted to the Human Resources Department.
Reimbursements for memberships, exams and weight loss will be done at the close of each quarter. Turn all proof of exams, payment and weigh in at the Human Resources office.
If you haven't registered to participate in the Wellness program, it isn't too late! Complete the registration and waiver and return to be eligible for weight loss and reimbursement incentives!
