  If you or someone you know is in or has been in a domestic violence relationship or has been sexually assaulted please call Avalon's 24 hour crisis line at 1-800-641-3434 where there is always an advocate waiting to assist.  The Avalon Center provides services to help victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault at NO COST.  Call Avalon if you feel like you are victim and need some help.  All of our services are free and confidential!

The Crossville Fire Department led by Fire Chief Mike Turner, is a combination department with 26 career personnel and 15 volunteer firefighters. The Department is proud to offer the citizens of Crossville a variety of emergency services includiing fire protection, medical first response, hazardous material response, technical rescue, and fire prevention. The department currently holds an Insurance Services Organization rating of Class 3/3X. The department operates out of two stations and provides fire protection for a population of 12,500 citizens of our fine city.
